We work in close conjunction with statutory and non-statutory organisations including Drug & Alcohol Action Teams (DAATs), Adult and Young Person services, Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnerships, Community Safety Teams and Government Offices, to deliver high quality, effective and comprehensive evidence based solutions.
We provide robust support on issues ranging from Models of Care, BME Groups and Diversity, DANOS, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Commissioning, Change Management and Human Resource Development including the Investors in People National Standard. Visit our portfolio for further information.

Recent projects we have undertaken include;
Substance Misuse:
• Review and guidance of Models of Care (MoC) including drafting of
National Treatment Agencies (NTA), National Drug Treatment Monitoring
System (NTDM and MoC compliant common screening, triage and
assessment tools in partnership with DAAT's, Community Drug Teams (CDT's),
Community Alcohol Service (CAS) and Tier 4 services
• Systematic review and evaluations of Black & Minority Ethnic (BME)
Substance Misuse and Crack Cocaine Projects incorporating existing and
emerging empirical evidence and field research
• Evaluation of engagement of young Black and Minority ethnic substance
misusers in substance misuse services
• Quality in Alcohol and Drug Services (QuADS) audits and evaluations of Tier
2, 3 and 4 service providers including specific reviews of care planning and
case load management
• Mapping of job descriptions to DANOS including TNA of workers
Substance Misuse / Criminal Justice
• Facilitation of Drug Treatment & Testing Orders/ Drug Rehabilitation
Requirement (DTTO/DDR) workshop for practitioners aimed at improving
retention and completion rates
HR and Contract management
• Reviewing and drafting of service specifications, Service Level Agreements
(SLA's) , contracts and performance management specifications for Tier 2
and 3 treatment services
• Reviewing and drafting of Staff Handbook to ensure compliance with recent
changes in employment law for a non-statutory structured day care service
Organisational and the Investors in People Standard
• Review of joint commissioning processes within a West Midlands borough
highlighting recommendations for effective partnership working across all
services
• Implementation of the Investors in People Standard for a non-statutory Tier 4
treatment service
• Comprehensive review of a Progress to Work (p2w) initiative on behalf of the
Programme Delivery Group.
Young People and Website Development
• Creation of a comprehensive database and website of all substance misuse
related projects being delivered to Young People in the West Midlands
